How to link existing SharePoint files into another Team



How to link existing SharePoint files into Teams


Go to the SharePoint site we want the documents from (source)

Copy the address from the browser



Go to Teams

Go to the Team you want to copy to (destination)

In the Files section Add Cloud Storage


In this window choose SharePoint



Choose Use a SharePoint link and paste the previously copied address into the box then click Go



Confirm its the correct Team and click Next



Choose Documents and click Next





Another confirmation dialogue box – click Add folder



You will now have those Documents in this Team



Please note that this embeds the document folder in here. Any changes will be in both locations
